Professor Asish K Bhattacharyya, a renowned professor of Accounting, corporate governance, and management accounting, promoted Nonlinear Insights. Professor Asish K Bhattacharyya obtained his doctoral degree from Allahabad university. Professor Asish K Bhattacharyya is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (London). He obtained a diploma in Management Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is a member of the Accounting Standards Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Cost Accounting Standard Board, and the Sustainability Standard Board of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is a Distinguished Professor at Shiv Nadar University (Institution of Eminence). Prof. Bhattacharyya has fifty years of experience – 20 years in the industry and 30 years in academia. He worked as a professor at SPJIMRIT (Mumbai), IIM Calcutta, IMT Ghaziabad, IMI Kolkata, and IICA (Manesar, Gurugram). He served IMT Ghaziabad and IMI Kolkata as a director. He has authored nine books published by PHI, McGraw-Hill (one), and Oxford (one edited volume).
