Dr. Rajarshi Chatterjee was awarded a doctoral degree by the University of Calcutta, Kolkata and is presently a Professor in the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering department at the Indian Institute of Engineering, Science & Technology, Shibpur (IIEST), Howrah, West Bengal (formerly B.E. College). He has served the department as the Head from 2014-16 and again from 2018-20. He was also the Head of the School of VLSI Technology and PDSIT of IIEST, Shibpur, at a different span of time. His earlier titles are- Microwave Semiconductor Devices, Satellite Communication and Microwave Engineering.
