Professor Bhattacharyya served in the corporate world as the Financial Controller of GEC Alstom Limited, before his love for teaching led him back into the academic world, serving as a faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Delhi and so on. He has also been the Director of IMT Ghaziabad. Some of his other remarkable books are ‘Financial Accounting for Business Managers,’ ‘Principles and Practice of Cost Accounting’ that have served budding professionals immensely.
